I recently checked the "Users Accounts" on my computer and discovered an

This account does not appear on my XP Home Login screen.

In Win98/ME it was possible to have different startup options
depending on what config you wanted.  e.g. for games you would load
very little to maximise memory etc which would be very different to a
normal startup config.
