For some reason my computer after booting keeps having a gray box reading 6fc: qttask . exe- No disk, Please insert a disk into drive\devise\hardisk\dr3. I must click cancel 6 times to make the box go away. Could someone tell me why?

I don't have it set to require passwords and it doesn't force me to logon (except at powerup), but I don't like having it going back to the logon screen all the time. How do I configure it to stay in an account until I want to switch accounts?
