When i try to invite a friend for remote assistance a box pops up saying your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation. I haven't yet installed a firewall so what can i do????

Hi. My client has an XP SP2 machien where the Security Center service is disabled whenever the machine is rebooted. I can manually restart the service and turn on Automatic Updates, but of course I want to fix this problem.
