HI, I want to turn on my security center.
How can I do this?
I did a search under help and it said to go to:Start, Run and type
gpedit.msc, It didn't find that file.

I have a need to programatically set permissions on a specific registry
value (not the whole key).  While regedt32 will let me set permissions

I have a very odd problem.

when I open my computor or browse the internet a popup site named
network.searchhound.com keep poping up, even I am using SBC's popup block and
antiviral. I tried to find and remove the file but no success.

I created a new user/admin account and all of the files in the orginal "My
Documents" folder are now lost.  They still reside on the C drive because
