I recently installed Windows defender Beta 2. Each time I start the computer there is a comment line in Event Viewer:system,as follows: WinDefend found possible malware and references ISLNDIS5.sys. I can't find anything harmful there, is this significant?

I was wondering if as an Administrator, can you restrict users from modifying or gaining access to certain areas of the OS, such as the task bar, wallpaper, sceensaver, etc.? Thaks for your help?

My Windows Firewall automatically turns off every time i reboot. Is this because Norton Antivirus has its own internal firewall? If it is because of Norton, is it ok to leave the Windows Firewall turned off? I'm concerned that my computer isn't adequately secured. Thanks
