My WinXP keeps removing all accounts from Debug Programs local security setting. For instance, I add the Administrator group to the Debug Programs setting, and the group is added. However, the next time I log on the group is removed automattically.

the msconfig startup tab displays the startup items which can be enabled or disabled. how do i delete the items in here? I already uninstalled the programs related to these and even deleted the registry entries.
