A screen has appeared right before my MSN screen comes up stating that I have
a virus and that I must download their product and run it (Spyware Wizard).  
It is virtually the only way to get past this screen, as there is no way to
exit the ad.  I have not downloaded it.

Two questions:
1. Is csrss.exe actually a virus? I've recently had problems with the
W32.Chod.D virus which was replicating this particular file, and whilst I
think I've removed the virus, csrss.exe still appears is the system32 folder.

Over the last few days I've slowly been tracking these 2 processes and
some of the strange things they are doing.  My feeling is that either
these or some other files are infected with a trojan, but I'm running
Trend Micro's PC-cillin & Anti-spy ware tools, and nothing.
