Am having a lot of problems with xp. Have been trying to use dial up to send
fax using fax console. Either the windows ot norton firewall seems to be
constantly overriding and disconnecting  whenever i attempt connection at
17sec. Does anyone have any suggestions

Hi i've been tryingt o get into safe mode by hitting the f8 key on
restarting but thenh it comes up with 4 options none of which say safe
mode are different areas of the computer i believe, as in folppy drive,
hdd etc but none of the 4 take me into safe mode.

Windows XP Home Edition does not, unfortunately, enable a generic 'Power
User' profile among it's user options as Win XP Pro does.  
Am not too comfortable with consistent\constant use of the Administrator
profile, regardless of the fact that I'm the sole user of the system.
