I was not logged onto SBS2003 network at the time my laptop requested my
password to be changed. I changed my password, but 2 folders that were
encrypted I cannot access anymore. I'm logged on the laptop as the
administrator.

When I turned on my pc using windows xp home edition the desktop partially
comes up then the pc is "frozen" .  Clicking on any icon or even the start
button does nothing.  Any ideas of what may be happening or how I fix it?  I
