Someone keep changing my admin account password(XP and Im the only Admin user).Apparently I have to ask this smarty everytime after he changes this password if I want to login. Please help! How can I prevent this from happening?

I am currently downlading hacks for a game i play and i tryed to open a compressed file and it wont let me because the program has blocked it. It says u can unblock but u cant unblock compressed files. Can someone help me find and delete this program?
