We are operating Windows 2003 Server with XP Clients.  We have set a
group policy that states clients should:-
Password History = 12 remembered
Max Age = 90 days

Is there a tool (built in to windows or otherwise) that will list all the
permissions and folder access for a user account?  I want to compare the
account settings on one machine to the settings on another machine to see
what's different?

Does anyone know how I can specify an IP address RANGE in the firewall port
exception list in the following location:-
start menu

Via data recovery one can get a file that is encrypted, but the
attribute in the directory shows that it is not encrypted. The only
command I can find for setting attribute SetFileAttributes does not
