When i turn on my labtop McAfee says that i have a virus and its strongly
recomended to scan all drives. When i scan all drives no virus was found. Can

I had to restore my system today because of McAfee (McEvil) and replaced it
with Symantec. Now symantec says I have a weak administrator password, but I
can't access the administrator account. I don't remember setting up a

When I run Microsoft anti-spyware it found one infection, now it finds
4 registry entries and indicated it deletes them.  Restarting the
machine spyfalcon places false panels/dialog boxes similar to Microsoft
antispyware notes, covering them... The colors are wrong, but

I have two XP systems in my workgroup.  On system1 when I click properties
on a directory and get the properties dialog box for a folder there is a
Security tab where I can add and change users and permissions.  But on
system2 there is no security tab!!

I downloaded a file that was actually a virus. Good news is that I found out
right away, because that file disabled Windows XP Firewall. Since that was
suspicious, I ran an anti-virus right away which cleaned my computer from
this virus (Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.TIM).

I would like to add an entry to boot.ini using bootcfg via batch file.
The major stumbling block could be some systems may be multi-boot.
How do I know which boot entry ID relates to that which is currently
