I am a network admin and I am trying to setup a file managment system.
We want to have 3 or 4 different user levels, example...one can delete,
add and modify files (but not folders), one can only execute and add

I try to access my old XP disk from a new XP PC (as my old video card died)
using a USB enclosure, my user name was "admin" on both.
I can access all folders and files of the external disk except "f:\Documents
and Settings\admin" which is precisely the one I need.

Switching.  I've tried hooking into logonui.exe with limited results.  Is
there a way to do this?
