I have run nortons and avg can not find a virus where else do I look. I went

elements, includeing DHCP and DNS, the name servers change a few seconds
after login.  On any workstation running "ipconfig /all" within 30 seconds of
login shows the internal DNS servers but a few seconds later ...

Have XP home machine that had malware (now clean) but the firewall is greyed
out.
Only one User / Administrator setup.
Have removed and reinstalled SP2

I changed content advisor in internet explorer to disable, (which i shouldn't
have done) and now I can't change it back and it's driving me crazy. Every
time I go to

I have a 30 XP pro machine lab in a windows 2003 server domain.
For some classes it is necessary to change the workstation's firewall
settings, or even disable it completly, and then enable it for the following
class. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't see a way of doing ...

When i click on the properties of my internet connection, and go into my
windows firewall settings, it does not allow me turn the firewall on.  The
choices are all greyed and i cannot select anything.  How can i turn it on?

I am running windows XP and I have an external Hard drive which contains
some files that I would like to secure.  When I right click on the folder,
and go to sharing and security, the "make this folder private" is greyed out
