I want to use "route add ...." from an account that is not a member of Administrators. But it does not work. I get "Network Access denied". I have added all privileges that Administrators have to my account but I still get the error.

Just wondering if anyone can help. My system appears to have been attacked by something that has turned off all my pop-up stoppers (so I'm getting several hundred pop-ups per day), it also stops me from doing a Cntrl/Alt/Delete.

After IE7 install, my WMP 10's, will not match my licenses to my media. It will verify the licenses exists and even where they are located, but when I try to utilize protected media, it automatically trys to connect to internet to, 'obtain license'.
