"ALWAYS USE SELECTED PROGRAM FOR THIS FILE ".THIS OPTION IS DISABLED EVEN WHEN I LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR.I NEED TO ASSOCIATE A PARTICULAR FILE TYPE,BUT CAN'T DO SO. IS THERE AN OPTION TO ENABLE OR DISABLE IT IN GROUP POLICIES OR REGEDIT.
