LI'm not sure this is the correct group to post this; if not, please point me

Minutes ago, I wanted to shut down my computer when I was grreted by a
message saying that other users were logged on. This is *not* something I
expect. The security log was empty. How can I be alerted if someone tries to

The Firewall for OneCare stops the Newsreader that I have installed.
The location that "OneCare" gives is D:0:\Newsrover
I have it installed on K:\ drive.
Might you have an idea how to work around this problem?
