I've just noticed that I no longer see the Security Info bar -that was added by SP 2 I believe-at the top of IE anymore. I've no idea how long this has been going on, nor what I did to change this behavior.

I used to be the only Comp Admin since I am the only one using my computer. I recently noticed that ASP.NET is now also a Comp Admin. Who is that and do I need it? Are there any settings I should make? I am the main computer connected to the router with a network behind me.
