It appears i can no longer access the User Accounts menu in the Control Pannel. Whenever i double-click the icon, i recieve the following error message... "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

I would like to be able to download all critical updates on to a DVD and then use the DVD to apply patches to new or reformatted PCs. The idea is to patch the PCs before connecting them to the Internet. Is there an article on how to do this? Thanks for any advice.
