When an exe file was open a user unchecked the "Always ask before opening this file" in the Open File Security warinng box where is says "The publisher could not be verified" How can this be re-enabled, so that it will give his warning again?

I have swept for spyware in safe mode with SpyBot. I have reinstalled XP home service pak 2 - something called "Network Monitor" continues to show up everytime I sweep. I start the computer, pup ups start almost immediately. the computer is very slow.Help?

Can anyone shed some light on how to properly execute an admistrator remote share on the c drive. I always get the guest signon window with guest greyed out so I can't login as administrator.
