My pc is about 2 months old and seems to have a problem with the dep and
downloading real player.  About a week ago, i tried downloading it and then
restarted the pc as told to do so.  Now i cannot access my computer, search,
find folders, the control pannel or the recycle bin.  ...

I have had a problem installing a couple of products, latest is QuickTime. I
download OK but at the end of install I am told that I do not have
administator priliges.
I can do have myself set as the admin and can change others access rights on

When i try to access the windows firewall settings in control panel, it says
"Due to an unidentified problem Windows cannot display windows firewall
settings"
Whats going on here?
