i bought a used laptop and i can not boot it now i don't know what happend
now all it does iscome up with this blue screen and says power on password
and i don't even know the password to open the computer it

I have followed the suggestions that I have read in regards to disabling my
Security Center to stop that irritating pop up I keep on getting.
When I do Run: services.msc - The Security System says it is already
Disabled.  And I can't "change the way Security Center alerts me" ...

I have followed everyone's suggestions and this stupid warning bubble will
not stop popping up!!  Ugggg!!  
The "Change the way Security Center alerts me" is greyed out, so I can't do

Hey why isn't it possible to add users from OTHER computers on the
network? Anyone know how to do that? I don't want to create a new user
for that. E.x. I once tried to create a telnet group but I couldn't add
users from e.x. my sister's comp.

lI need some help. On my work laptop my username has Administrator group
privileges.  My Username and Password use to let me Log into Windoes XP fine.
However, I was trying to add this laptop to my home network.  So, I went
