I have finally been able to access all drives on the kids computer from the
main computer.  However, on the c: drive, I am denied access to the Program

I was using the built-in administrator account to do some maintenance, and
somehow i disabled it and when i logged out i could not log back in, that is
the only administrator account on the computer and the highest rank that
exists is my power user account and i have tried a lot ...

For some reasons, we are running into issues changing passwords in our
domain.  Regular users are able to with no issues however only users in
the IT department are unable.  We are in a seperate OU but moving me
out of the OU to the regular users OU does nothing.

I have a folder on our network fileserver that is exhibiting extremely
bizzare behavior. Specifically, if I log on to a Windows NT 4.0

Let me try to explain this in few words. I'm setting up a laptop for a
guy working from home. He's going to use a VPN to connect in to part of
our network and access some terminal servers.

I have a group of laptops that are not (intentionally) joined to the
domain.  I would like to enfore a minimum password length of 15
characters.  The interface only allows me to set 0-14.  Any ideas on

I'm trying to set up fast user switching on one of the XP Pro clients
at the office. Unfortunately, control panel likes to default to the
win2000 interface on user accounts. I want to set it up so that it will
default back to the windows XP home view of user accounts so that we

well, actually F-Secure wasnt uninstalled properly. But how can i make the
Security Center belive that i dont have any anti virus software running?
