I've been trying to download a-squared and Trojan Scan.  Each time, with
both programs, I receive a message that says "error loading engine."  I
followed the directions and changed my security settings to "Prompt - ActiveX

I received the following error:

I picked system restore, using safe mode.   XP works fine in safe mode with
network.     But, using normal start after system resore(XP said it restored
successfully), XP shows normal start and before desk top screen shows up,
screen gets black losing the signal from PC.      ...

i have done system recovery and with it windows has created a new
username/folder in documents and settings
it has automatically saved the previous settings/folder in the the documents
and settings folder however i cannot access it. "xxx is not accessible.

I want to login automatically without password on XP Pro comp.  I typed
control userpasswords2 and the User Propeties box appaeared, but I don't see
the "USERS MUST ENTER A USER NAME & PASSWORD TO USE THIS CMPUTER" check box.

I have positively identified ZoneAlarm version 6.5 as the cause of my BSOD
