We have a secure data center with two Windows 2003 Enterprise Servers. A DLT
tape is attached to the production server and uses NTBackup to archive
message log files.

No Help files work on my PC since Saturday.  I cannot open Windows Help &

I have a laptop with XP Pro on the road, and my office PC is situated behind
a Cisco PIX firewall in my office (also running XP pro).
I'm trying to copy files from my laptop (currently in France) to my disk
