Last week, I had to do a restoration on my windows xp system.  Befor
this was done, I had assinged a log-in password for my protection.
Now, the password I had is'nt working, I have typed as many password

I'm having a major problem trying to edit user accounts. Everytime I go
through Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups and attempt to change
the group a user belongs to or edit their permissions directly I get the
following error message:

Simplified) (5.1.2600.2180, xpsp_sp2_gdr, 050301-1519, up to date) (VLK
Edition). The system is installed in the first partition of my only hard
disk, and the file system is NTFS.
