Hi...I've been having some real slow response time and I think it's due
to Norton Anti-Virus.  By looking at the Windows Task Manager /
Processes, NAVAPSVC.EXE has a very high amount of Usage - it's
typically between 50 - 75% of the CPU.  And normally it's right around
