We have a service that runs on our XP workstations that is set to startup

Situation: Our systems are configured to run a screensaver (locked with
user/pass required) after 10 minutes of non-activity.
Goal: I would like to monitor how long the screensaver actually runs on

ports (both in bound and out bound) so my client PCs can use certain
programs.  Could you tell me where the settings are under GPO that I can do
this?
