I have a failing WIN-XP Home hard drive that no longer boots. There are data files on the drive that may be recovered by booting up to another drive, but all I can get as a response is "access Denied" when I try to view them, and copying the folder elsewhere is not permitted ...

I ran this program to check for keylogging files. It thought perhaps this file was one - c:\windows\system32\config\software.LOG I am unable to view or delete or copy this file.
