I have Windows XP and cannot access the user accounts section to add users or
make changes.  The "Administrator" icon does not appear unless I am in "Safe"
mode, But it doesn't work there either. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if MS releases an updated monthly XP Pro CD that already
contains all of the latest hotfixes slipstreamed?  When SP2 came out MS
released an ISO that already included it.  I also found

I have a PC with 2HDD running with separate XP-platforms.Reason?To keep

I run Spybot and another spyware program on my computer. Every time that
