hello. i was wondering what the BASH version of the command 'cat file.txt | more' is for cmd.exe. this is a useful command if you want to open a large text file in a shell and want to view it one screenfull at a time. i hope i wasn't too vague. thanks.

I went into control panel and deleted the admin account. I cannot figure out how to get it back and in the mean time I am unable to do anything on my computer. can some one please help me. Of course I don't have the the XP CD and I can't get to the restore.
