After installing SP2 on my XP Home Edition, I loose all internet
connectivity. Opening a browser causes the browser to stay up for a second
and then shuts down. In-installing SP2 gives me back my internet
connectivity. What am I doing incorrectly?

have been receiving lot and lots of failed e mails, that are returned to me
by 'mail demon' and others from addresses I don't recognise and to people

I use Windows XP and Firefox web browser.
I downloaded a toolbar program from the site Neopets.com.  I downloaded it
okay into the Admin account and the install program appeared onto my side
account.  When I try to install it into the side account it says that I need
