On my home computer I have Admin rights on my WinXP Pro system, but the Adminstrative Tools folder is empty, and I am denied access to the folders in the All Users/Documents folder that are created at system install time (e.g., My Music, My Videos, etc.).

When I boot up I am asked for my password, it is accepted, we go to start to show my desktop, the computer then shows me a logging off box, then saving settings box and we go back to my orignal enter password screen, at this point we start over. Please help.
