Hi Folks ... running XP Pro SP2/Office Pro 2002 and noticed a mysterious account in Control Panel/User Accounts ... namely "ASP.NET Machine A..." (limited account) This account does not show in the 'Welcome Screen' on startup.

We have some classrooms where the users 'fiddle around' with the volume control (muting or setting other levels). Is there an easy way to have any changes a user makes discarded on log off? We're running XP Pro SP2 in a domain environment. Could this be set by policy by example?

Hi List, When I migrate a Win2k profile to WinXP the system doesn't run the logoff script (in local gpo) with this specific profile , it works if I create a new login.
