I can't start IX w/o admin rights.  As another user, after double-click,
nothing.  If I right-click on the shorcut bar only, I can start IE an another

Trivial problem!
I've just rebuilt my PC in a new case. It's all up and running and I've
registered my XP Home Ed with Microsoft again. Problem is that I tried to

I bought a computer but can not access the admin account? i contacted the
people that sold me the computer and they said that windows XP automatically
passwords it and told me what to type in to access the admin account but
nothing has worked. What shall I do?

I am running a virus scan in safemode, to prevent possible viruses to
start up*.
But in safe mode DMA is turned off, so the scan takes ages.
Is there a way to enable it ?
