Is there a way to disable USB memory key U3 support. We are a school system and we want our students to use USB memory keys, but don't want them executing programs from the device. Is there a way to force XP Pro to consider a USB key with U3 support as just

I have a recurring window popping up every time i use IE (version 6). It happens sporadically but is pretty much guarantted to pop up when I access hotmail or yahoo, i have no idea if thats related though. The window pops up with a security warning saying:

I am working on XP pro and have had a problem with users changing the background to obscene images. I understand that this can be done in the registry, but have not found the specific key. Thanks for any help.

By default, all our XP Pro machines are set to use Simple File Sharing. From what I understand, if you are on a domain, it should be disabled by default, but it isnt. We are on a domain. I would appreciate any help with this.
