I have a problem with encrypted files. I copied them to an external HDD because I had to reformat the comuter. Now I can not copy them back or decrypt them. Is there any way I can decrypt, recover, them? I am using XP SP2.

User on a XP Pro SP2 computer, workgroup, not a domain. I am setting up a user to have minimal access, ie. only running preinstalled applications. Everything is working fine except one program that they can't run. It will run if I run it as a user with admin rights.
