Is there any way to allow an user of common users group to have direct
hardware access from a software?
Ex: A software that loads firmware into a chip.

i've a new cd of windows xp but after installation winlogon.exe is up and is
impossible to kill it.
In my old cd of windows xp winlogon.exe is up only for logon user and after
it's kill automatically, but i don't understand registry key responsable.

My machine is Windows XP Pro SP2 running on Windows 2003 Server AD Domain
Machines are a mixture of Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows XP SP2.
I am currently having a problem when trying to manage these machines from my
own.

I have a home network with 2 - laptops and 1 - desktop and two printers. I
have DSL with static IP where it is forwarded to my desktop for remote
access. All workstations are running Windows XP - Pro.
My son who lives in another state, I created a user id on the desktop with

I have a problem retrieving data from crashed Hard Drives from profiles

Windows security is blocking an email attachment that I need to open. It is a
safe file, how do I bypass this.  I have checked the help file, it says to
save to computer etc and unblock etc, but it won't even let me save it.

I'm basically my Uncle's tech support and am a little stumped, along with a
stumped Dell support.
Basscially what happened is ING required him to encrypt all his hard drive
