i've a new cd of windows xp but after installation winlogon.exe is up and is impossible to kill it. In my old cd of windows xp winlogon.exe is up only for logon user and after it's kill automatically, but i don't understand registry key responsable.

Windows security is blocking an email attachment that I need to open. It is a safe file, how do I bypass this. I have checked the help file, it says to save to computer etc and unblock etc, but it won't even let me save it. Please help asap
