i installed windows xp with latest Windows updates ,Norton antiVirus is
updated to Latest definitions.i got webroot Installed.
Problem is Security center reports "Norton AntiVirus is Installed  But its
status is Unknown'.

Hi, my computer now asks me to select a user profile (there is only 1) before
