I am the administrator of my own computer, but the computer is denying me
access to a folder/file.  How can I break through Windows roadblocks on my

This sounds like a simple request but I can't get it to work...
I'd like to start auditing some files so I decided to do a test audit on a

I'm running across this issue where we have WinXP SP2 PC's getting "Open
File - Security Warning.  The publisher could not be verified" when they
run some executables.

i would like to try the windows live one care but am running the mcafee

I run a domain where each PC has its desktop icons stored in the All Users
folder - no customisation possible for users.
However, when a user sees the desktop, the icons are there, but are without
