Our domain users are locally power users.
Is there any way to block these users from installing applications.
At GPO, told not to run regedit.exe
But still now luck.

viruses and hack tools on my PC (Windows XP):
deycheck.exe - Hacktool.Hidewindow (Hack tool)
scansgl.exe - Hacktool.SQLck (Hack tool)

When I go to my security center in the control panel - it says "The security
center is currently unavailable ......."
I tried the microsoft fix where I enter go to "run" and then type
"services.msc" and then click on security center and click start - that

I've got conflicting advice re firewall security.  I have  SP2 and all
