I need to "Manage" one of our remote XP PCs. I can do this with most other
PCs by right mouse-clicking on MY Computer and choosing "Connect to another
computer". But with this one it just says it cannot be managed.

I plan to do patch update for xp professional pc. Currently, the user is in
the local admin group and the patch update is fine.
Please advise how to do ms patch update without user being  in the local
admin group.
