My computer is infected with spyware, and i want to clean out everything on

We have remote users that we want to VPN into the network using
something other than MS RRAS.  The VPN works great, but when we try to
get to network shares we have to log in the first time.

Recently performed a virus scan using the latest Spybot S&D and this Win32
agent keeps popping up as the folder "wsnpoem' which has the files
"audio.dll" and "video.dll" inside of this folder. Not sure if this necessary
for Windows to operate correctly. Can't delete this folder ...
