I found this on my computer, does anyone know how i could get rid of it? I
would be so grateful. I have scanned with norton antivirus but they did not
found anything but then I made a scan with windows and found this.
Found possible virus: TrojanDownloader:Win32/Renos.gen!B in

I have found various references to this subject on Microsoft.com and various
other, and i have used it in the past, however i cannot remember what the
HTTP:// syntax is for connecting to a mailbox on an exchange server. Can any
one assist ?

I am getting pop up ads for different sites. they just pop up as new windows.
I guess they aren't really ads but web pages to different site. I have ran
spyware and virus scans and they all come back as no spyware or viruses
found. but the ads keep coming and then it tends to ...

Can someone tell me how I can figure out what someone else has done on my
computer. I left it on over the weekend and someone screwed with my files and
programs.

This is happening this morning on one computer- svchost.exe process is
constantly at 99% cpu usage.  Turning off automatic update in security center
fixes it.
I'd like to keep auto update on, if I could.  Anyone know anything about this?

I did a scan with rootkit revealer and this is the output.
I am concerned that ad-adware ad-watch (real-time) is saying cftmon.exe is
trying reg. modification detected everytime I startup IE7 or microsoft
outlook the first time after bootup

My old HDD wouldn't boot anymore, I had it checked out and was told it
failed, so I replaced it. I installed it as a slave and I can see the drive
and contents (so to speak) but I can't access my "My documents" folder. Says
I don't have permission. Can I get around this seeings ...

Everytime I go to download SP2, i get an error xmlp_wp.xdr in the middle of
the registry backup.

My wife's notebook computer, a Dell Inspiron 6000 which has been working fine
since new, suddenly needs a password for all accounts. It doesn't matter
which password you give, you get the "System Cannot Log You on Because Domain
<computer_name> is not available." error message.

Recently Windows XP SP2 has prevented me from unzipping zip files. Whenever I
try to unzip a file I get the message: Windows has blocked access to these
files to help protect your computer.
Windows blocks files that are marked as not trusted.
