Here is the deal: My computer was spammed with hundreds of accounts and I
cannot find my admin account. I have tried to type in "control
userpasswords2" in Run but when I enter my user name and password it says
that it couldn't grant me access.

I often recieve notification of failed e-mail delivery of e-mails I did not
send to addresses I have never heard of.  In these notifications my address
and the target address are always prefaced by the number 34.
Is my computer sending out spam without my knowlege ?

I have suddenly observed that an unknown user has appeared on my laptop.
Can  anyone tell me if this is a legitimate user:  ASP.net Machine...A,
Limited Account, Password protected ?  No one, to my knowledge, asked to
have access to my computer.

When I used Norton Internet Security I knew how to allow trusted programmes
to connect to the Internet. I got rid of that and now just use Windows
Firewall. Can I allow programmes access in a similar way? Or does Windows
Firewall function in a different way?

Help. I have some type of virus or trojan program running. When i run
my windows XP, my wallpaper automatically turns plain blue then turns
and stays white. Unfortunately I can't change the wallpaper back or

Can anyone help. I have a virus or worm in my computer. I have windows
XP. When I start my computer, after it  start to log on and the
desktop screen apears, the computer shuts off and starts to reboot all

On XP Home or Pro system that only has SP1 installed, if I install SP2 from a
CD, will it update the system with all the security and os fixes I would

I have around 100 users with laptops and when these guys go on travel
they are not able to update Windows updates and antivirus
updates ...how can I make sure while they are on travel they are are
secure and have the appropriate updates.
