Here is the deal: My computer was spammed with hundreds of accounts and I cannot find my admin account. I have tried to type in "control userpasswords2" in Run but when I enter my user name and password it says that it couldn't grant me access.

I often recieve notification of failed e-mail delivery of e-mails I did not send to addresses I have never heard of. In these notifications my address and the target address are always prefaced by the number 34. Is my computer sending out spam without my knowlege ?

I have suddenly observed that an unknown user has appeared on my laptop. Can anyone tell me if this is a legitimate user: ASP.net Machine...A, Limited Account, Password protected ? No one, to my knowledge, asked to have access to my computer.

When I used Norton Internet Security I knew how to allow trusted programmes to connect to the Internet. I got rid of that and now just use Windows Firewall. Can I allow programmes access in a similar way? Or does Windows Firewall function in a different way?
