Got a quiet hotel room for a change, and noticed that the laptop was hitting
its disk a lot.  Did the usual, and discovered that the offending process was
lsass.exe, with 3-4 reads and writes per second.  After 48 hours of uptime,
it was >1 million.

client's pc keeps popping up the proxy authentcation screen without him doing

I had 2 different desktops; a Sony Vaio and a Dell Dimension 2350. Both had

I have a stange problem which id like someone to answer for me if possible.
We have a network of around 100 PC' and Laptops, running on a Windows 2000
Server. All Computers are in teh Active Directory under there group and so
