I accidentally moved “”My doc” folder with all may documents, photos, videos etc to a folder which contains “msxml4-KB927978-enu” file. After that I cannot open, delete or even move anything from “My doc” folder, and only from this folder. If I open a file I get next messages:

They installed their XP Professional version with their Volume License Key. My machine originally had XP Home edition. How do I go about getting the correct version and license number back on here so I can get the windows updates? Hope I'm asking this in the correct forum.

I have to keep turning on the windows firewall after most reboots..Not all of them. I checked for a virus and spyware and all checked out good. I use AVG antivirus and Spyware DR.

Found a new twist on the missing My Documents in the My Computer folder... If the user is anything but an Administrator, they loose their My Documents folder. It looks like it is lost only for any number of users greater than 3 (not including the Guest / Administrator accounts). ...
