I have some application that they run with Local Administrator. I add
standard users to local administrator group to run this application. Now, I
need to limit this users to local administrator Accessibility like install
software, stop or start a service and etc.

I have WinXP Home, SP2.
If I leave my laptop unattended for 5 minutes, the user login screen appears.
How can I lengthen, or disable, the time that must elapse before the login
screen appears when my laptop is unattended?
