I need to know how to Prevent Multiple Network Connections thru Group Policy.

Recently I am unable to access my bank account online and it is because the
site keeps telling me that my computer does not support cookies.  It tells me
to adjust my settings to allow cookies to access my account.  How do I adjust
the settings?

I have a small domain running at home as VMWare virtual machines  (though

I have a strange one, at least to me it is. My account has admin priveledges
however I cann't change my internet security level, I cannot install a Flash

I have folder redirection set for my user's desktop.  I have mapped it to a
shared folder on the network drive which is read only.  When the user logs
off the computer I notice a sync window appears.  Is there a way to prevent
it from popping up?  I dont understand why it appears ...

I have a peer-to-peer network of five workstations and one serves as a server
for a database.  All are on Windows XP Pro.  The total amount of data on the
network is less than 20 GB.
I just bought a 320 GB Western Digital external hard drive to begin a backup

Understand a critical security problem occured when August 14th update was
downloaded; uninstalling the update will further  exacerbate the problem.  
Where do I locate a manual workaround so that my computer will not be under
