Hello folks, i don't know if this is the right group to post this question
but i would use some help here.
In a pc running WinXP SP2 everytime i go to hotmail.com to see emails and
everytime i try to download an video attachment (wmv, avi, mpg) IE tries to

Can any one help please,  my computer is trying to install some updates
but each time it tries I get the message the following updates were not
installed. When I shut down I am told that there are updates to be
installed and shut down will be completed after the installation, again

When I try to run msconfig I get an access denied message saying that I am
not using an Administrator account.
All accounts on my PC are Administrator acccounts.

I have an XP workstation that is a member of a local domain.  When I log
onto the XP workstation via the console as domain admin, then log out, then
logon to the XP workstation using a different domain user account I have to
logon once, wait about 2 minutes for the prompt to go ...

I have created a web page that is suposed to write a log file to the current

It works OK when run from my remote website, however when I try to test it
